Taliban Monkey Soldiers?

The Stars and Stripes newspaper is reporting it as a rumor that surfaced in a Chinese newspaper.

    Well, from what I've seen and heard of the Taliban, monkeys will be easier to train, what with having a 30 plus point edge in IQ and all, as well as not spending all their energy trying to impregnate goats and donkeys.
