The Wheel of Misfortune

Not a new game show, but yet a game played by sadistic cops in the Philippines, where a wheel was spun to select methods of abuse to be used on prisoners.

    One night while standing over 'shit river' just outside the base I watched those bastards break/smash a child's hand for picking a sailor's pocket. This doesn't surprise me in the least.
