My sister, who works at Napa, knew the murdered man, since he was a customer of hers. She says that he probably refused to return a car because of an outstanding bill for repairs, and was murdered for that. Since the Charlotte police are asking for tips to help solve the case, I'll let her know about it, maybe she can help them locate the murderers.
