In The Country Of Many Men, The Ugly Girl Is Queen

Mt. Isa, Australia, a mining town in north Queensland, is short of women. The Mayor of Mt Isa is in trouble after pleading for "ugly duckling" women to move to the town to even out the gender disparity.
