As much as I feel for those suffering with PTSD, and as much as I think our country must support them, in this decision, the DOD is 100% correct.
The Purple Heart should not be awarded to officers with hangnails, bumps and scratches either. It destroys the significance of the decoration when awarded properly.
Don't use my blog to sell your products, whether it be goods, services, or Islam. Don't insult me or other commenters. Other than that I'm pretty tolerant.
