"I Am Putting Burglars On Notice"

The Republic of Ireland has already done what UK is so far unwilling to do: provide a law (Nally's Law) in which the right of a homeowner to defend him/herself and family against criminal attack without fear of jail is guaranteed.

In a similar article, Shadow Home Secretary Chris Grayling discusses the need for such a law in UK to prevent law-abiding citizens subjects from being jailed for acts of self-defense.
