UK: Sending unruly schoolchildren to the "dunce's corner" could be considered a "stress position" and thus a form of torture, health and safety authorities claim.

Last year Lambeth Council in South London started paying for unruly pupils to receive foot massages in the classroom to calm them down.

Foot massages? That's creepy. If I was a parent I would be too weirded out for words.
