So That's What That Stuff Was

In the "Learn something new every day" department, I learned that the strange stuff I ate at Maurice's BBQ restaurant last Saturday is a South Carolina culinary delicacy known as hash.

The Maurice's version was pretty good, definitely worth trying again; as a bonus, the news article gives a link to a BBQ house I can try next time I'm in Rock Hill. I call that a win-win scenario.
