Now That's How a Restraining Order...

...is supposed to work.

A man was shot recently after Cabarrus County authorities say he tried to break into a neighbor’s home. The victim had a restraining order against the would-be burglar, officials said.

See? You can't view a restraining order like it's a protective force field. You have to view it as similar to a deer tag for your hunting license.

Dude looks like Charlie Manson, don't he?

  1. To paraphrase Al Capone,

"You get far more accomplished with a restraining order and a gun, than with a restraining order alone."
