Up here in DC, it is usually "Mrs. Kim," mother of three, from Korea & long-time neighborhood fixture was found... OR, "Mr. Selasie," Ethiopian immigrant, father of four, part-time taxi driver was found, etc, etc... Hmmm, if only the law-abiding had access to a tool to equalize the situation... wait a second - it'll come to me.
