Where Do Criminal Get Their Guns?

I'd guess that most of the criminals in the Charlotte region get them from the woman in this article.

    Looks like on 9/10/2009, she was involved in a burglary of a home or a business that contained numerous firearms and she stole them. Scumbagette, to be sure.
