Those Burmese Spitfires?

Might not exist after all.

Click the link for details. They've found some crates, but one crate proved to be full of water; others are buried under power/phone cables and require careful extraction. It's not looking as if there is a squadron of pristine Spitfires ready to fly again.

  1. There was one in that crate. Don't tell the Brits, but I dug it up a few weeks ago and it's hidden in my garage.

  2. @Murphy's Law: You know if your new Spitfire includes its machine guns I could suggest some targets for strafing runs in the state of New York...

  3. @Old NFO: I know, I was looking forward to seeing a whole squadron of them flying in an airshow some time.
