Give the Madman A Plaque, For Crying Out Loud

Drummer Keith Moon of The Who finally gets a blue tribute plaque from the UK government, after a fashion.

    Guess Keith wanted to prove he knew how to use one. He did run a hi-hat from time to time, there were a few years there where he never used the thing.
