Felony bigamy.

A felony warrant has been issued for a former Fort Bragg soldier accused of marrying a Wilmington woman while he was still married to his third wife.

Timothy Pennock is wanted on one count of felony bigamy. According to the office of the New Hanover County Clerk of Court, police were unable to find Pennock to serve him with the warrant.

You'd think that one wife at a time is misery enough for any man...
