“The nation’s leading gun control group filed a ‘friend of the court’ brief back in January defending the gun ban in Washington,” reports Teddy Davis of ABC News. “But with the Supreme Court poised to hand down a potentially landmark decision in the case, the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence fully expects to lose.”
I wonder if we 2nd amendment supporters are getting too cocksure about our chances to win Heller? We just lost an important case yesterday. For all we know, it could turn out to be the Year of the Liberals in which we lose the White House, Heller, and a filibuster-proof Senate minority.
