Army Specialist Jonathan Santos began writing a diary when he arrived in Iraq, and also shot video footage to go along with the written diary.
The diary ended 38 days after Santos arrived in Iraq, when he was killed by a suicide car bomber.
Producer Patricia Boiko made a documentary using Santos' diaries.
