Once upon a time it was a nice area, until the Usual Suspects® began moving out there in large numbers, and where the Usual Suspects® go, so also goes murder, rape and robbery.

Any idea how many Section 8 recipients live in that area?

@Steve: from what I could tell during a quick Google search, none, Steve. What is out in that part of town is older houses and apartment complexes that have been subject to white flight and subsequent property devaluations. I'd guess most of the residents of that area are on assistance of various kinds such as food stamps/medicaid.
