Omit That, Not Important

Let me get this straight: the gunman who was shooting people on the street in Hollywood was yelling Allahu Akbar! and not one of the news sources think it's worth mentioning in their coverage, and seem puzzled as to the guy's motivations?

Hey, how come no update on that Muslim terrorist killing infidels in Hollywood, Bob? Never mind, I already know the answer to that one.

@Walt Taylor: That the gunman was heard by witnesses to have yelled "Allahu Akbar" doesn't seem to be in dispute, Walt. According to the LA Times, the shooter wasn't a Muslim, but was a recent drug abuser who worked at a medical marijuana dispensary and, according to his girlfriend, "wanted to change the world for the better."

Sounds kind of like an OWS hippie, doesn't he? The fact that we're not hearing much more about him tends to confirm he's not a member of the Tea Party. If he had, it would have been front-page above-the-fold news.

"Witnesses", you say? How many witnesses would that be, Bob?

@Walt Taylor: Now you're just quibbling. My point was not that the shooter was Muslim, but that the MSM is so engaged in PC-think that they aren't willing to even mention it in their reporting.

ONE befuddled Asian man thought he heard that. Nobody else.I just think you're stretching here. In the event, it turned out to be a good thing that incendiary remark wasn't mentioned, because it turned out to be false.

And why would it be incendiary, there, Walt?
