Social services in Wales placed a teenaged rapist in a foster home, neglecting to tell the foster parents of his crimes, and the little bastard raped his foster parents' two children.
You'll be happy to know he's been given a 6-year prison sentence for his crime.

He was given an 'indefinite sentence' with his first review after 6 years. I can't see him in the daylight for a very long time, plus of course he has to survive prison first. They don't like people like him inside.
I know nothing of the justice system in Formerly Great Britain, but if it's like the US and he's a juvenile, he likely will be released when he's 21.
He should be hung, but that's not going to happen.
