A man, possibly a US military man back from Iraq, made the mistake of striking a spark at a gasoline station.
I'd guess from the video footage that he's probably burned his face badly, and much of his body, besides. Forgetfulness? Stupidity? Horseplay? A moment's lapse in judgment results in a body and face scarred for life. What a waste.
