Juanita Stead thought she had a kidney stone. Turns out it was a baby.
She actually gave birth sitting on the toilet, and the little guy, born breech, tumbled into the bowl, where he was fished out by his startled father.
And yah, she's fat. It's always these fat broads that don't realize they're pregnant, usually they think that they have heartburn.
