2011 Wasn't ALL Bad...

...because I did manage to lose weight during that year; don't know exactly how much, because I don't have a scale here at the house, but my jeans and shirts are definitely too big for me now. Portion control was responsible for much of it, and switch in diet to baked chicken thighs on the weekdays, seasoned with Tony Chachére's Creole Seasoning (or Old Bay, or Zatarain's, or Blackened). The diet doesn't apply on weekends.
