The citizens of Naples, Italy, were startled recently when loud booming noises were heard from the vicinity of the sleeping Mt. Vesuvius. Panic was averted when it was discovered that the sounds came from two F-16 fighters breaking the sound barrier.
I'd think that living on the flanks of Vesuvius or other notorious volcano would give you a well-developed sphincter muscle.
