I'm not and never have been a marijuana smoker, never even tried it in high school. I think it's more useful these days as a pretext for government, especially police, interference with your freedom, and as such is a bad thing.

Andrew Sullivan would have been deported for his pot use and disregard for our laws but for the improper actions of a Democrat in the US Attorney's office who gave him a sweet-heart deal that allowed him to stay here. Now us taxpayers will eventually get to pay for his HIV treatment.
