A body was found in a trash bag beside a dumpster.
You can't say things don't improve in this country. Back in the 70's during the Hillside Strangler days, people would just dump bodies beside the road, now they deposit them carefully beside the dumpster for easy removal. Maybe in the near future containers for transplantable organs can be added for murderers that are into recycling.
