Walser's protege, Slaid Cleaves, carries on the master's yodelling tradition, but doesn't quite have Walser's incredible range:

Reminds me of Kristin Macnamara's performance of Patsy Montana's "I Want To Be A Cowboy's Sweetheart" on Nashville Star.
At least one of the judges was horrified, but guest judge Larry The Cable Guy said that "If you can't yodel in Nashville, this is a communist country."
