2010 Bodies, 1958 Airline Seat Widths

Story.

And it's not something we can really blame on someone else, either; our fat bodies are the result of our own lifestyle choices, and the refusal of airlines to change the seat widths is a result of our own demand that low ticket prices be the single most important factor in air travel, not comfort.

In defense of tubbies, we are also just bigger, not necessarilly only fatter than those before. We are generally taller, more massive, larger boned and more muscular.

Since I would be happy if all the airlines and the TSA went out of business, the cattle car seating is just more aggravation on a long list of reasons I don't fly.
