In a followup to yesterday's post about the accidental poisoning of author Nicholas Evans by mushrooms, the Times of London has a story on the basics of mushroom hunting.
I myself have never developed a taste for mushrooms, so seeing one in the woods or on a lawn doesn't trigger a hunger reaction. I view them all as poisonous toadstools, and so am safe from them.
