Where I Want To Live
If I ever found myself having to live in New York City, I think I could live happily here, as long as no one else was on the island with me.

That was amazing.. nice find. I would have to imagine it would take more than a few millions but someone with deep pockets could make a beautiful oasis in that sh&t hole. :)
