Up in Ballston Spa, New York, a Saratoga County sheriff's deputy slapped and cursed a motorist who refused to consent to a search of his vehicle, as is his right according to the Constitution:
The sheriff's deputy's surname is Glans. A glans is, of course, a dickhead.
