An 11-year-old boy got hit by a car while walking to school in Texas City; when the police arrived, they ticketed the boy for walking along the wrong side of the road.
That's pretty hardcore, if you ask me. I wonder if, when a woman is raped in Texas City, the cops ticket the victim for indecent exposure?
